Welcome
to the Putnam Arts Council
The
mission of the Putnam Arts Council is
to increase, support and promote cultural
development and access to the arts,
culture and heritage in order to enhance
the quality of life and economic vitality
of Putnam. The Council is comprised
of professionals in the arts, education,
business, historic preservation, and
people interested in promoting Putnam&##39;s
arts, culture and heritage.
The meetings
are open to the public and occur every
third Wednesday of the month at the
Putnam Library.
